We begin with an initial consultation; whilst we have a large selection of jewellery to try on, we recommend bringing in any images, sketches or inspiration to help us understand your vision. During the consultation, Our master jeweller & designer Steve Pallas Bespoke Jewellery will roughly sketch a concept based on your ideas, and give you a price guide accordingly.
NEXT, WE SOURCE
We maintain the highest and strictest standards when sourcing our diamonds and gemstones and we aim to provide you with the best selection according to your budget. We only source the finest GIA Certified Diamonds and while the 4C’s and certificates are an important consideration, we still like to inspect each and every diamond that we purchase on your behalf to make sure the certificate correlates to the diamond. All of our stones are ethically sourced and are guaranteed by all of our reputable suppliers.
WE CREATE
Your vision is created with our 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) Technology. We provide you with a photo image and video of the exact dimensions and design. With this technology we have the ability to alter your piece until you are satisfied.
THEN, WE REVIEW
Envisioning your jewellery is sometimes not enough, so we create a 3D wax model of your design to allow you to see, touch, and try it on.
FINALLY, WE BRING IT TO LIFE
After your approval, our expert jewellers start crafting your design. First, we cast or handmake your piece in the precious metal of your choice. We then carefully handset the diamonds/stones. And finally, we file, clean and hand-polish to give your piece its final finish.
